FREY employs seven project managers who direct all aspects of each project under the general supervision of Joe Frey. Joe Frey and five other senior project managers are licensed geologists or engineers by the State of California. Our senior project managers have each worked at FREY for at least 25 years, thus providing our clients with the assurance of consistent and seamless management over the length of the project, no matter the duration.
